E2e2 code 9003 right low beam is faulty

I've been trying to diagnose right side HID that went out. Right SAM stored code 9003 E2e2 right low beam is faulty or line to component has open circuit. I tried swapping in a new ballast, no dice. Swapped left and right ballast, right side light still out. Swapped left and right bulbs, right bulb still out. High beam and blinker still function. I would appreciate any new ideas.
