2015 GLK250 BlueTec Emission Recall problem

I have a 2015 GLK250 BlueTec. Has 52,000 miles. They did the emission recall in June 2021. Its smoking over right front tire. (Not out of the exhaust. It's been in and out of Dealerships since then. No one has been able to find the problem til yesterday. They said "we found the adblue injector in the exhaust intermittently leaking." I read & this seems to be a problem with the newer Diesels so I'm wondering if that can be a problem caused by the recall r if it coukd havr been broken when... 2015 GLK250 BlueTec Emission Recall problem
