A question for the experts amongst us.
Koni have an adjustable shock absorber for the R107. Adjustable off the car, three settings I think, FIRM – STANDARD – SOFT.
I am thinking of mating a set these with some lowering springs, possibly the Carobu ones (who also sell the shocks). Is there an advantage to this or would the regular Bilstein ones be fine with a shorter, firmer spring?
The car of theirs that made me want to buy a 560SL would appear to have neither items looking at the text...
