How long are your shocks and bushing lasting?

Hello How long are your front/rear shocks lasting? What about control arm bushings. Front end is feeling a bit loose and not as solid sounding when going over bumps but on inspection nothing is broken or obviously worn. Are you replacing complete A arms or just bushings? Thanks
