Service Required. Do not Shift Gears Message

Hi, I need some help. While driving home, my 2008 S450 gave me the following message and I noticed the car jerking. It says 'Service Required. Do not Shift Gears.' I manged to get home and put the car in garage, but i cannot seem to change into any gears. I have to turn the car off, and eventually if goes to P. I have the parking brake on just in case. When I turn the car on, it still displays the same message so Im assuming now that it is not driveable. The car currently has 89,200KM's... Service Required. Do not Shift Gears Message
