Headlamp control unit

Hi! I have a Mercedes w205 (c350e) I have problems with the left headlight. has changed control unit once and got it programmed. Then everything worked as it should, but 2 weeks later I received the same error messages as the first time. do I need a new control unit again? or do they just need to reprogram it? Thanks for reply!
