So, a couple of times last week this popped up on my MFD. Once for a split second, the RED warning by the temp gauge appeared for a few seconds as well. Level is good, mixture is good, system was recently flushed and all new Mercedes coolant (within a month). The message clears after a few minutes and everything seems fine.
It wasn't hot, the temp gauge wasn't pegged or even elevated, no codes stored or current when I scan. Hasn't reappeared for several days.
