Probably been asked like a thousand times, but didn't find a thread on this in my searches -
1983 W123 300D. Has the perspex 'twin' lamps etc used on the 'lesser' models pre '84. Can one simply purchase the glass headlamps used on the prestige or post 84 models and fit them right in there, or do I need more parts than simply the headlamps assemblies.
