SL350 R230 Stereo upgrade

Hello I'm after a little advice. I want to update my stereo which has a fibre optic connection and am having a few issues. I have purchased the MOST fibre optic adapter but am unsure what else I need? I am assuming I can go for a standard install kit such as the one from connects2 below... SL350 R230 Stereo upgrade
