I own a 2003 E320 Base model with the RWD sedan. I've been having this power steering issues ever since the newly rebuilt rack & pinion replaced in this car. The steering act normal light to turn and heavy during the freeway driving. About 3 months later, the steering starting to stiff up and very heavy to steering and for parallel parking and it went back to normal again after 2-3 weeks. No leaks.
