Mercedes Viano 3.0 v6 2009 Shudder & Vibration

Hi could anyone please point me in the right direction, I am probably bringing up old posts but I have been looking for months and cannot find any help, Basically, when driving the van I notice a vibration it seems to be from the rear, but what I have noticed is that exactly when it vibrates I notice the revs rise in exact sync with the noise, also when driving and I am in high gear and I plant my foot it feels like a rear shudder it's a bit wobbly as that something is wobbling.
