I own a 1984 Mercedes Benz 500 SEC. I love the car! It ran perfectly until about 4 weeks ago. I drove it to a friend's business, shut it off and it would not restart. We traced the problem to the ignition control module. I replaced the module and it started right up. The only problem is that it now idles at 2000 rpms. I checked this out in several manuals and on-line information. I followed all of the test procedures and everything pointed to the idle speed control module. I...
