Fog light follies

Fog lights suddenly turned on while driving with the lamps switch in the off position. They flickered on and off causing the defective light warning to flash on the dash. Lights remained on past the standard 30 sec illumination after turning the ignition off...battery drain. I removed the controlling fuse # 9 near the steering wheel so the lights stay off. Also the little red tow indicator light on the dash panel switch stays on. Several weeks ago I had the right fog lamp assembly and... Fog light follies
