E320 Cabriolet 1995 Alarm Issues

Hi Community, I'm new here, hoping to find answers and contribute. I bought a E320 Cabriolet 1995, I've found that every where I look to find out where the Alarm Control Unit is located, all point to Passenger Side floor panel. My Alarm is not at this location. Where else can it be located at. The Horn keeps blowing with car on or driving. The Central Locking also stopped operating both doors together.
