1979 450 SLC Cranks but won’t start

Hello everyone. This is my first ever post!! I picked this 1979 450 SLC a month ago. It has been doing the same thing since day one. It cranks but it won't start. This is what I have done so far: Cleaned gas tank and replaced strainer Replaced fuel filter, pump, and accumulator Cleaned and tested fuel injectors Rebuilt warm up regulator and reinstalled ( sent to CIS flow tech) Checked fuel pump relay The previous owner had the fuel distributor rebuilt by CIS... 1979 450 SLC Cranks but won't start

This is my first ever post!!
I picked this 1979 450 SLC a month ago. It has been doing the same thing since day one. It cranks but it won't start. This is what I have done so far:

1. Cleaned gas tank and replaced strainer
2. Replaced fuel filter, pump, and accumulator
3. Cleaned and tested fuel injectors
4. Rebuilt warm up regulator and reinstalled ( sent to CIS flow tech)
5. Checked fuel pump relay
6. The previous owner had the fuel distributor rebuilt by CIS...
