How to decode EPC results to figure out model year compatibility?

So in the EPC I go to search, part without vehicle data, enter a part number and I get all model compatibility. How can I decode that information to determine model years? So for example I just searched for a2107200118 and got this: Is there a way to quickly correlate Mod. des./SA to years? Also I tried searching for this answer a few times here but only found the unanswered question.
