What kind of clamp is this

Hi, I'm planing to change my ATF and looked for the torque converter today. I saw a wire clamp near the hole and don't know how to removed it. I am afraid I'll break it if I used force to remove it. Anyone knows what clamp is it called and how to release it without damage?
