W211 E-350 adjustable suspension ?

Hello everyone , does anyone know if the W211 E-350 came with adjustable suspension ? My local mechanic told me that my suspension can be adjusted for ride height. I am not sure how to verify this. Do you guys know anything about this ? Thanks
