Clk w209 headlight high beam only flashes when car is running

Hi guys , recently i've decided to change my halogen lights to led lights , so i bought c6 h7(low beam) and c6 h1(high beam)led lights and i've installed them , so the low beam lights works fine though their diplaying error msg on my dash says that both lights are not working , the problem is with the high beam lights they only work normally when car is not running !! When i turn on the car and put them on they only flashes !! They are only working normally when car is off. Any idea guys... Clk w209 headlight high beam only flashes when car is running
