E350 Chirping

Hello. My sister has a 2011 E350 4matic (W212) with approximately 80k miles. Recently the car would chirp during cold idle in the mornings. Once the engine is warmed up (approx. 10-15 min of driving) the chirping would go away for the rest of the day. Next morning during first start the chirping is back. I brought it to my independent shop to get the belt and tensioner replaced and the chirp stopped for 3-4 days but it's back. Do you think the next thing to look at is the pulleys? Any...
