Mechanical or Hardware Defect
Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
Monitoring of DISA controller
(large valve)
Engine speed > 500 rpm
Terminal condition: Terminal 15 ON
Voltage condition:
Voltage in onboard electrical system > 10 V
Condition for fault memory entry
Valve must lock up mechanically 10 times in succession.
(5x open and 5x closed)
