Perhaps this is normal but my rear brakes are wearing faster than the front. I would have thought the opposite would be true.
All 4 were replaced in April and front say 70k and rear are at 50k. Quite a difference. I would expect the front to wear faster.
One answer I got from a service guy who said this is just a best guess was.
"Cars with electronic park brake tend to wear rear pads quicker in general. We don't know why exactly but we put it to 2 things potentially. One being Hill assist and the other being that they're adjusting automatically to make sure they're tight
I would also wonder is the use of Adaptive Cruise Control adds to this. I use that a lot.
