The trunk/boot latch on my 2003 SLK 170 has jammed :crybaby2:, so to get access to the latch, I need to use the roof opening procedure to open the trunk from its front side.
However as the soft luggage cover is retracted, the interlock switch S69/10 is stopping the roof opening operation!
There are some very helpful posts about how to cheat the interlock switch S69/10 in the boot by grounding a pin in the "combined control module" in the engine bay but I am not sure how to recognize...
