Rims and winter tires for s 550 4matic 2015

H I have searching the forum for the following info. The suggested tires for my car is front 245 45 19 rear 275 40 19 IS it safe to choose following for all 4 tires 245 45 19 Secondly I was offered 245 45 18 winter tires with rims at a good price. My question is therefore can i safely choose same size tire for all 4 as well as would it cause any safety issue for winter tires using 18 inch instead of 19 Thanks in advance for your help
