Quick question for the group. After it sat in my garage for a week or so, I crunk my 2010 s 550 earlier today and noticed that it was running rough. After a mile or so the check engine light came on. The diagnostics tool that I have gave the error codes of PO300, PO302 AND PO304 (multiple misfires detected). When I drove the car lat week I didnt have this issue. It kinda came up all of a sudden.
