Painting Bumpers & Headlight Lenses

Hi, A while back I had a car accident, and now I have purchased most of the required parts ( Hood, Grill, Fender, Radiators...) I still have the front euro bumper and the headlight lenses for my LHD euro headlights. I am not a purist, and I do not intend to sell it anytime soon. The price of a used front bumper in my country is around 1250 USD, and I am not willing to pay this amount for a bumper now.
