Foglight and Rollbar not working. Rollbar Click

Hi all, As a new R129 1998 SL500 owner I'll be here consistently! (Of course after doing my thread research first). 1. Passenger foglight will not turn on. I changed the bulb and checked the fuse but nothing? 2. My Rollbar is stuck in down position. (Long story short, I bought the car with top not working. Hardtop ended up unlatched and soft top closed but stopped working). The Rollbar went up once and back down all very slowly. It's now in down position and I hear a click any time I...
