ECU CL 600 C215 M137 2000

Hello Everybody, My Father's CL600 have some issues... The fautly code P203D and P201A appear and the motor lost 6 cylinders... I replace the 2 camshaft sensors and check the wire but it's the same problem!!! After many test i suspect the ECU motor... Questions: if i buy a functional used ECU on EBay, do i need to synchronyse with a Stardiag or it's plug and play on car??? Thanks in advance for your helping.
