Dickie Door locks

On my 91 560sel when I unlock to driver door none of the doors unlock but the trunk does lock and unlock from both from doors. I tested the vacuum line coming off the pump and that holds vacuum. The pump runs and is obviously reversing polarity to draw vacuum and also to pressurize the system. So The only thing I can think of is the actuators are either frozen from sitting or are caput.
