I find myself at the end of my tether with some issues I am having with my 1992 build MB 500SL - 129 066 and I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. Generally, my car is in superb condition, low mileage at c. 67k km etc.
My 3 main problems are;
1. A very high idle when in park. RPM relatively normal when started, but once you even touch the throttle, it shoots up to 2000 rpm where it stays, until being driven. This results in a very violent reverse.
