Clock Adjuster Broken

I've obviously got too much time on my hands because of COVID distancing and pulled the instrument panel out to replace some bulbs. I thought I'd tackle the clock not adjusting while I had it out. The clock runs fine but the adjuster doesn't work and feels restricted when I try to turn it either direction to change the time.
