C300 Maintenance Cost

I have a 2015 C300 with only 20K miles on it. The factory warranty expired few months ago. MB dealer is offering me extended 6 years, 60K miles warranty for $4K. Because of the low mileage I have not had any major problems with the car. I would like to hear from others on this forum who have had high mileage on these cars about their experience with major repairs.
