Brake booster line, broken fitting

So, was inspecting the vacuum hoses at the back side of intake manifold and I broke the fitting that connects the brake booster line to the manifold. The car would not even get out of park now. How do I remove part 23 in the diagram which is holding part 17. I tried pushing the two tabs on the side and pulling with no success. Thank you in advance.
